An Opto Medic Company signed up for Customer Service Tracking Mobile Apps.
The Company established in 1967 having 49 years of experience, caters to the complete requirements of all ophthalmic and medical professional needs. The Company specializes in serving the Optical, Ophthalmology, Dental, Dermatology, Vascular, Intervention Radiology, ENT, Neurosurgery as well as the General Medical community. It aims to provide the best high tech products to their customers and at the same time to suit customer’s budget while providing choices in products selection without compromising product and service quality.
The Company also provides onsite Service to their customer for the Medical equipment. Currently Manual process is carried out and the Company finds it difficult to manage paper work including the schedules and Service Engineer work/response at customer site.
Integratech helped the Company to automate the Onsite Service work and generate real time work service report which helps the Company automate the Service work until Invoice.
Integratech used Android mobile Platform with Objective C, Java, Spring, APIs using RESTFUL services (JSON ) and MYSQL Database.
